Alison “Jeannette” Zartman – 75 – of Lynch-Casey Road, Andover, NY, died Saturday afternoon (September 14, 2024) at the home of her son in Avoca, NY, following a long illness.
Born in Lewisburg, PA on August 11, 1949, she was the daughter of Elwood & Ruth (Klingman) Zartman.
Jeannette grew up in Lewisburg, PA and graduate from Lewisburg High School. She resided in Milton, PA for about 2 years and later lived in Dundee, NY for several years. She has resided in Andover for the past 10 years.
A “Domestic Housewife,” Jeannette was a talented artist who enjoyed creating beautiful scenery paintings. She also enjoyed crocheting and gardening.
Jeannette was one of Jehovah’s Witnesses and was a member of Wellsville’s Kingdom Hall congregation where she taught many bible studies and enjoyed God’s gifts & creations.
She was preceded in death by her former husband, Robert W. Moll, Jr. who died in 2020; her brothers, Robert Zartman and Lee Zartman; sisters, Rosemary Zartman and Carol Zartman.
Surviving are her son, Richard (Iryna) Moll of Avoca; her daughter, Selenna (Kenny) Fiessler of Ocala, FL; her brother, Joseph Zartman of Mifflinburg, PA; her sister, Ruth Ann Hixon; her grandchildren, Kyle Fiessler, Joshua Moll, Rebekah Moll, Faith Moll, Shane Hight and Clayton Oakley; 2 great-grandchildren, Hunter & Harper.
Family & Friends of Alison “Jeannette” Zartman are welcome to attend a Memorial Talk on Saturday, September 21, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 115 Chamberlain St., Wellsville, NY.
Funeral arrangements are in care of the Dagon Funeral Home, 38 Church St., Hornell, NY.
