I have such fond memories of both of Joanne’s (LaVerde) uncles growing up. Bey and Angelo were protective of Joanne and good to her friends. Where Bey had a crusty exterior, Angelo was a marshmallow. He was one of a kind. Every time I ran into him, he was genuinely happy to see me — no pretensions, no moods; just an honest, straightforward and very funny man. He was special. I am so sorry for your loss.
Dear Joann, Tony and I are have great memories of you both. Ang was so much fun and I remember the day we all went to lunch and it was Angie’s birthday. What a great couple you two made. We will miss him. Some day maybee we can get together with you again.
We are so sorry for your loss and ours as he was a friend.
God Bless You and our prayers are with you.Love, Betty and Tony
Joanne and family – I am so sorry to hear about your loss. Angelo was a wonderful, caring, and fun man, who I will always remember at the golf course. He will be greatly missed by us all on the hill!! My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Dear cousins JoAnn and Leonard, I am so sad about uncle Angelo’s passing, but will never forget all the years of being around him. We always had such fun with him and all his antics. Minto and Pinto and Silvia Simmons. He was a big part of your lives growing up along with Uncle Babe, and they were my uncles too. I remeber our proms in the gym and his singing, he was the best. The Angels have him now and he will watch over you. I love you both Cuz Maria
