Gloria had a gentle loving soul and an outrageously wonderful sense of humor. Our first meeting was on a cruise and it felt like we had known both of you our entire lives. Bill when we visited you in your home in S. Carolina we had the time of our lives and Gloria and I turned into school girls just being silly and enjoying one another. One of my fondest memories was you two sharing your daughter and her family with us in their home. I shall cherish the memories I have with Gloria and hold her close in my heart. “God Bless You Bill & God Bless the Family.” Vicki and Richard Salzetti

Ms Gloria was my little Angel. Though I did not know her very long she helped me in my life also. She is at home with OUR Father and other Angels. Mr Bill her husband of 60+ years is an amazing man. He seen that she had very good care and was always there for her. Most Pepole put their loved ones somewhere and may go see them or may not. But that was not what GOD had planned for the Remington’s. Very SPECIAL pepole. You have touched my heart deeply.
The obituary shows your caring thoughts and ways. My heart goes out to the family. I know they have comfort in their loved one is at peace now. Take care. Love: Carol H Christy

It was through her daughter Natalie that I met her mom Gloria many many years ago and was invited to her home in Florida. We had a wonderful trip to Disney World and both her parents were just wonderful people to be with.
Mrs. Remington was a good cook and just a wonderful lady.
There is just never any words at a time like this to say that can make these times easy. There just isn’t. I just want you to know I will keep you all in my prayers and pray the Lord will give you strength to see you through this time.
If it wasn’t for my work hours I would attend her services. If Natalie is able to be here or if not please to her I send my love

Uncle Bill, my heart hurts for you and the rest of the family during this time of loss. Aunt Gloria was a very special little lady who had a great big impact on me and the many others who she gathered under her wings and made feel like family. The times I spent with you two are some of my favorite memories: making pasta, floating in the pool, going to Shell Island, making peach ice cream, and just relaxing and laughing, enjoying being together. Our little lady of the big heart had a way of making this world a brighter place, and I know she will be greatly missed. I can only imagine the laughs and giggles in Heaven as she and my mom are getting caught up! Please give my love to Natalie, Marlene, and their families, and know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.
    Love, Rhonda
